Customers requiring support for a MySQL database can send a request to support@orangetree.com.au to activate MySQL Add-On. The MySQL Add-On is only available to customers with web sites hosted on any of the following levels: GO100 Business, GO250 Professional, GO500 Premier. MySQL is a high performance solution that is also suited to businesses that may have traditionally relied upon Microsoft Access databases.
MySQL is an attractive alternative to higher-cost, more complex database technology, offering award-winning speed, scalability and reliability.
1.The MySQL Add-On is only available on the GO100 Business, GO250 Professional, and GO500 Premier plans. 2.Once your disk space usage on the MySQL Intro product option exceeds the allocated limit, an additional disk space fee of AUD$0.80 per extra MB per month is charged. 3.Orange Tree will provide a hosting environment - not a testing environment. Customers hosting MySQL databases should be running the database in a similar environment in their premises and testing offline. 4. Prices are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST. 5.
