Customers requiring a complete Site Move can send a request to support@orangetree.com.au. A Site Move requires a technician from the Technical Support department to transfer the files and configure permissions and/or DSNs on the new site to match the old site.
1.An Orange Tree technician can move the content of your site for a fee, however customers are welcome to move their own content at no cost. 2.A site move should not be confused with a site upgrade. 3. Prices are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST. 4. Orange Tree's Standard Terms and Conditions apply. Please read our Standard Terms and Conditions carefully
as they contain exclusions of liability and also include indemnities from you to Orange Tree.
